Dear Andy:
It’s difficult to find the right starting place for this letter as Lisa and I are completely overwhelmed with the incredible work you have done in our recently renovated retirement home. In an effort to get it out of the way early in this letter, let us simply begin by expressing to you our sincere gratitude for the absolutely incredible energy, skills, and creativity you brought to these major projects. Just a few months ago, Lisa and I were frustrated and quite uncertain if we would ever find a talented and creative professional who would come to our project and join in with us as part of the team.
As you know, it was quite by chance that we saw an example of your quality work at a local tile store while we were just browsing at their selections. At the time we picked up your business card, we had no idea of just how fortunate we were going to be that day! The next day when we called you, you returned our call in a very timely fashion and offered several options of when you could come to our home. The next day when we met, we were excited to meet you so we could share more about our aspirations for what the three bathrooms’ major renovation projects would each look like. As you well know from our many conversations, it would be impossible for us to be more pleased with the result of your work on these three rooms. From the day you began to work in our home, your skilled craftsmanship, problem-solving skills, and passion for doing the “right thing the right way” have been among your greatest professional and personal attributes. In addition, your commitment to listening to our ideas and
willingness to engage Lisa in helping you gain the visual motivation for each unique project is greatly admired and valued. Lisa especially appreciates not being told “NO!" when she had a new idea and your willingness to listen and brainstorm with her possible strategies to get to an agreed upon outcome.
This letter can go on for many more pages but we know that you already realize how much we treasure the personal and professional commitment you made to our home. Please know that we also appreciate the professional guidance and time you spent with us upfront in selecting quality materials and products while helping us get the best possible cost. This certainly will pay long term benefits to us in enjoying our home for many years to come.
In closing, let us again say thank you for consistently exceeding our expectations and helping us have a home that we will enjoy each and every day! You’re the best Andy!

Andy was a delight to work with. He is a "different" sort of contractor who was interested in working with us to acheive the results we wanted. Andy plans well and proactively addresses potential problems. Not

Andy carved my beautiful new bathroom from a raw, unfinished basement. He quarterbacked the entire process; from design, sub-contractor management, materials aquisition
through punchlist completion, he was there for me...insisting on the highest quality performance and standards.
A small example of Andy's commitment to the success of his projects: He personally designed and ordered custom traditional
Japanese shoji screens for the doorway and matching screens for the vanity. He was aware that shipping could be hard on the screens, so he drove from Boston to New York City to pick them up. I really appreciated his concern and involvement.
If you look at pictures of his work, you will see the extraordinary level of quality and perfectionism that he excercises in his work - what you cannot see is the pleasure that he is to work with.
